Instructions for writing the abstract
  1. Title: Please include italics for any species names AND only capitalize the first word of a clause.
    Example:
    Pink eggs and snails: Reproduction of the female apple snail, Pomacea insularum
  2. Author(s) and institutional affiliations(s): Use an asterisk to indicate the presenting author if there is more than one author.
    Example:
    Nancy Darnell*, Jane Goodman, Ray Mitchell, Angelo State University, San Angelo, TX and Don Williams, Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, TX.
  3. Body: Include all information in the body of the abstract in one paragraph. Please limit abstracts to 250 words.
  4. Use Arial font.
  5. Use metric units throughout. English units may follow in parentheses. Use military style time and date, i.e. 1500 hr, 26 April 2007.
